Concert Band meets during study hall on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Sectionals are held on a rotating basis.
Below I have listed the results of the playing test from Friday, December 4th. If your student was unable to take the playing test, I will be available after school on Monday, December 7.
PLAYING TESTS
Your playing will be evaluated on the following things (in this order):
1. Tone 2. Rhythmic accuracy 3. Pitch accuracy (correct notes) 4. Phrasing (where you take breaths, etc.) 5. Articulation (tonguing, slurs, etc.) 6. Steadiness of tempo 7. Intonation
